Hearth & Hoard is the retail brand of Hearth and Hoard LLC, an independent online TCG and tabletop retailer based in Joliet, Illinois.

Products, pricing, and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, images, conditions, and inventory accurate. Trading-card and collectible markets can move quickly, and occasional listing or inventory errors may occur. We may correct an error, limit quantities, cancel an affected order, or contact you before fulfillment when a material listing problem is discovered.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Direct website checkout is handled through Shopify. An order may be canceled or refunded when inventory cannot be verified, payment cannot be completed, fraud or abuse is suspected, or a material listing error prevents fulfillment as advertised.

Trading cards and randomized products

Card condition is assessed and described in good faith. Images may be representative unless a listing states that the pictured item is the exact item for sale. Sealed and randomized products do not guarantee any particular card, rarity, pull, or market value.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, order-issue, cancellation, and return guidance is available on our Shipping & Returns page. Marketplace purchases may be governed by the policies of the marketplace where the transaction was completed.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to marketplaces, social platforms, streaming services, and other third-party websites. Hearth & Hoard does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or independent policies.

Intellectual property

Hearth & Hoard branding, original site copy, original graphics, and original product designs remain the property of their respective owners. Product names, game names, artwork, and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of those rights holders. Reference to a game or brand does not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.
