Shipping

Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and destination. Tracking is provided when the selected service includes it. Orders placed directly on hearthandhoard.com use Shopify's checkout flow.

Order problems or shipping damage

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Returns

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm return eligibility and provide instructions. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received unless the return is related to shipping damage or an error on our part.

Factory-sealed TCG products must remain unopened and in their original condition to be considered for a discretionary return. Opened randomized products cannot be returned because of card pulls, contents, or market value. Trading-card singles must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold. Personalized or made-to-order goods may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. These guidelines do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Marketplace orders

Purchases completed through eBay, Etsy, ManaPool, Whatnot, or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's order, return, and buyer-protection rules. Start with the marketplace order page when requesting help with those purchases.
