Prize: The complete contents of one (1) sealed Magic: The Gathering® | The Hobbit™ Collector Booster, opened by Sponsor after the winner is confirmed.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US $75.00.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and residents of Canada excluding Québec who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Void in Québec and where prohibited.
Giveaway Period: September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time through September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Maximum entries: One (1) base entry, up to thirty (30) daily livestream-code bonus entries, one (1) Twitch bonus entry, and one (1) YouTube bonus entry, for a maximum of thirty-three (33) total entries if every daily livestream opportunity is offered and successfully claimed.
No payment, purchase, donation, paid membership, or shipping charge is required to enter or claim the prize.

2. Giveaway Period and Official Time
The Giveaway begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
Sponsor's website systems and records are the official timekeeping method for entries and bonus claims.
For the daily livestream-code bonus only, a "Livestream Bonus Day" means a calendar day from 12:00:00 a.m. through 11:59:59 p.m. in America/Chicago (Central Time). Daylight-saving changes are handled by that time zone.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and legal residents of Canada excluding Québec who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and members of the immediate family or household of Sponsor are not eligible. The Giveaway is void in Québec and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Prize
One (1) confirmed winner will receive the complete contents of one (1) sealed Magic: The Gathering® | The Hobbit™ Collector Booster. Sponsor will open the sealed Collector Booster during a Hearth & Hoard livestream after the winner is confirmed and then ship all contents to the confirmed winner.
The winner is not required to attend, appear on camera, or participate in the livestream. Collector Booster contents are randomized, and no specific card, rarity, treatment, foil, serialized card, or market value is guaranteed.
Sponsor will pay ordinary standard shipping to an eligible winner address. Taxes or obligations imposed directly on the winner are the winner's responsibility where applicable.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchases, paid stream activities, merchandise purchases, paid subscriptions, Bits, donations, tips, memberships, or any other payment to Sponsor do not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
6. Base Entry
During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Giveaway page on hearthandhoard.com and complete the official entry form. A valid base entry requires a valid email address, public display name or handle, country of residence, eligibility and age confirmation, acceptance of the then-current Official Rules, and successful completion of any reasonable human-verification or anti-bot measure.
Each eligible person may receive one (1) base entry. Limit one base entry per person and per email address.
7. Optional Bonus Entries
Bonus entries are optional and free. Only bonus entries successfully recorded and verified by Sponsor's systems count in the drawing.
A. Daily Livestream Giveaway Code — +1 Entry Per Bonus Day
During the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may announce or display a current Giveaway code during an eligible Hearth & Hoard livestream. An entrant who has already completed a valid base entry may use the daily bonus form on the official Giveaway page to submit the same email address used for the base entry and the then-current livestream code.
A valid claim earns one (1) additional entry. Limit one livestream-code bonus entry per entrant and per Livestream Bonus Day, regardless of how many streams, platforms, codes, or code changes occur during that day.
A new Livestream Bonus Day creates a new opportunity to earn one (1) additional livestream-code bonus entry if Sponsor makes a valid code available that day. A code may be replaced, rotated, or reused on a later day. Reusing or changing a code does not permit more than one livestream-code bonus entry on the same Livestream Bonus Day.
Codes are valid only while designated as current by Sponsor. Old, mistyped, expired, or otherwise invalid codes do not earn an entry. Sponsor is not required to offer a livestream code every day.
The September 1–30 Giveaway Period contains at most thirty (30) Livestream Bonus Days, so no entrant may receive more than thirty (30) livestream-code bonus entries during this Giveaway.
The daily bonus form requires the entrant to affirm acceptance of the current Official Rules. Existing base entries submitted under Version 2026-HH-HOB01 remain valid, but an entrant claiming a daily livestream bonus under this Version 2026-HH-HOB02 must affirmatively accept this current version when making that claim.
B. Twitch Follow Verification — +1 Entry
An entrant may use the Connect Twitch feature on the Giveaway page and authorize the limited access necessary to verify whether the connected Twitch account follows the Hearth & Hoard Twitch channel. A successfully verified follow earns one (1) bonus entry. Limit one (1) Twitch bonus entry per entrant during the Giveaway.
No Twitch purchase, paid subscription, Bits purchase, donation, or other paid action is required.
C. YouTube Channel Visit — +1 Entry
An entrant may use the official Visit YouTube control presented on the Giveaway page. Using the control as instructed earns one (1) bonus entry. Limit one (1) YouTube bonus entry per entrant during the Giveaway.
No YouTube subscription, like, comment, view duration, watch time, sharing action, or other YouTube engagement metric is required or rewarded.
8. Bonus Verification and Entry Limits
Sponsor's Giveaway records determine whether a bonus entry was successfully received and verified. The daily livestream system checks for an existing base entry, verifies the current code, enforces one daily claim per entrant, records the applicable Central Time claim date, and uses human-verification and abuse controls.
Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible claims may be rejected or disqualified. Bonus entries will not be retroactively awarded when Sponsor's systems have no record that the applicable action was completed as required.
The maximum possible number of entries for one entrant is thirty-three (33): one (1) base entry, up to thirty (30) daily livestream-code bonus entries, one (1) Twitch bonus entry, and one (1) YouTube bonus entry.
9. Odds of Winning
Every eligible base entry and verified bonus entry has equal weight in the random drawing. Exact odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of verified bonus entries earned.
An entrant's probability of winning equals that entrant's eligible entries divided by all eligible entries in the drawing.
10. Winner Selection
Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing is expected to occur on or about October 1, 2026.
The selected entrant remains a potential winner until Sponsor confirms eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
11. Winner Notification and Confirmation
Sponsor will contact the potential winner privately using the email address submitted with the winning base entry. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after Sponsor sends the initial notification.
Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, eligibility, compliance, and a valid shipping address. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, supplies materially false information, or otherwise fails to comply, Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate potential winner.
12. Canadian Winners — Skill-Testing Question
A potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.
13. Live Opening and Prize Fulfillment
After confirmation, Sponsor will arrange the livestream opening and ship all contents to the confirmed winner using a commercially reasonable shipping method. Sponsor may reasonably delay an opening or shipment because of circumstances outside Sponsor's control.
14. Public Winner Announcement
After confirmation, Sponsor may publicly announce the winner's submitted public display name or handle and country of residence. Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner's email address, street address, telephone number, or private fulfillment information.
15. Privacy and Data Deletion
Sponsor collects personal information only as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, including email address, public display name, country, eligibility confirmations, rules acceptance, entry and bonus records, limited Twitch verification information, human-verification or fraud-prevention information, and winner fulfillment information.
Giveaway entry information is not used to enroll entrants in a marketing email list unless an entrant separately and affirmatively opts in through another mechanism. Sponsor will not sell the Giveaway entry database to advertisers or data brokers.
The Giveaway database is temporary. After the Giveaway has concluded and the prize has been successfully fulfilled, Sponsor intends to permanently delete entrant information maintained specifically for this Giveaway within thirty (30) days after confirmed delivery of the prize, except where retention is specifically required by law, court order, or a then-pending dispute.
16. Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor may reject or disqualify entries or entrants for fraud, manipulation, circumvention of entry limits, automated or bot-based entry, multiple identities used to evade the rules, materially false eligibility information, misuse of another person's account, platform manipulation, or interference with the Giveaway website or verification systems.
17. Technical Problems and Giveaway Changes
Sponsor is not responsible for participation failures caused by internet outages, device problems, platform outages, email filtering, incorrect entrant contact information, third-party API failures, or other technical circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
If fraud, technical failure, platform action, legal restriction, security incident, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects fair or secure administration, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
18. Platform and Trademark Disclosures
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Hearth and Hoard LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Twitch, Amazon, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Middle-earth Enterprises, the Tolkien Estate, or any other referenced platform, manufacturer, publisher, or rights holder. All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
Any activity on YouTube or Twitch remains subject to the applicable platform terms and community rules.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for losses arising solely from technical failures, service interruptions, unauthorized third-party conduct, carrier loss, platform failures, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability or non-waivable consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. General Terms and Rule Version
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Version 2026-HH-HOB02 is the current version of these Official Rules for entries and bonus claims made after it is published. Base entries validly submitted under Version 2026-HH-HOB01 remain valid. To receive a daily livestream-code bonus after Version 2026-HH-HOB02 is published, an entrant must accept this current version through the daily bonus claim form.
If promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control to the extent permitted by law.
