Prize: One (1) prize consisting of the complete contents of one (1) sealed Magic: The Gathering® | The Hobbit™ Collector Booster, which will be opened by Sponsor after the winner is confirmed.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US $75.00.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and residents of Canada excluding Québec, who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void in Québec and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Giveaway Period: September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time through September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Odds: Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. The exact odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. An entrant's odds equal the number of eligible entries credited to that entrant divided by the total number of eligible entries in the drawing. An entrant may receive no more than four (4) total entries.
No payment, purchase, donation, paid membership, or shipping charge is required to enter or claim the prize.
Participation is subject to these Official Rules.

Hearth and Hoard LLC is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the "Sponsor."
2. Giveaway Period
The Hearth & Hoard The Hobbit Collector Booster Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Giveaway Period").
Sponsor's website systems and records will serve as the official timekeeping method for determining when entries and bonus actions were received.
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to:
- legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; and
- legal residents of Canada excluding Québec;
who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and members of the immediate family or household of Sponsor are not eligible.
The Giveaway is void in Québec and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
Persons who are prohibited by applicable law, regulation, sanction, or other legal restriction from receiving the prize are not eligible.
Eligibility is determined by Sponsor subject to applicable law.
4. Prize
One (1) confirmed winner will receive the complete contents of one (1) sealed Magic: The Gathering® | The Hobbit™ Collector Booster.
After the winner has been confirmed, Sponsor will open the sealed Collector Booster during a Hearth & Hoard livestream. All cards and other contents contained in that Collector Booster will then be shipped to the confirmed winner.
The prize is the complete contents of the Collector Booster following the Sponsor's live opening. The winner should not expect to receive the Collector Booster as an unopened sealed product.
By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree to this method of prize fulfillment.
The confirmed winner does not need to appear on camera, participate in the livestream, or be present when the Collector Booster is opened.
Approximate Retail Value
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is US $75.00.
The ARV represents Sponsor's reasonable estimate of the retail or secondary-market value of the sealed Collector Booster from which the prize contents will be obtained.
Collector Booster contents are randomized. The actual market value of the cards or other contents received by the winner may therefore be substantially higher or lower than the stated ARV.
No specific card, rarity, treatment, serialized card, foil, secondary-market value, or other result is promised or guaranteed.
No cash payment, credit, or additional prize will be provided if the contents are worth less than the stated ARV, and the winner will not owe Sponsor anything if the contents are worth more than the stated ARV.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be substituted by the winner.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
Sponsor will pay ordinary standard shipping to the confirmed winner's eligible address. The winner is responsible for taxes or other obligations imposed directly on the winner by applicable law.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Making a purchase from Hearth and Hoard LLC, participating in a paid stream activity, buying merchandise, subscribing to any paid service, donating money, or otherwise providing payment to Sponsor will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
The free base-entry method described below provides every eligible person an opportunity to participate in the Giveaway.
6. Base Entry
During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Giveaway page on hearthandhoard.com and complete the official entry form.
A valid base entry requires:
- a valid email address;
- a public display name or handle;
- country of residence;
- confirmation that the entrant satisfies the eligibility requirements;
- acceptance of these Official Rules; and
- successful completion of any reasonable human-verification or anti-bot measure used by Sponsor.
Each eligible person may receive one (1) base entry.
Limit one base entry per person and per email address.
Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be rejected or disqualified.
7. Optional Bonus Entries
An eligible entrant may receive up to three (3) additional bonus entries.
Each bonus method may be credited no more than once per entrant.
The maximum number of entries that any person may receive is therefore:
Four (4) total entries: one (1) base entry plus up to three (3) bonus entries.
The available bonus methods are:
A. Livestream Giveaway Code — +1 Entry
During an eligible Hearth & Hoard livestream occurring during the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may announce or display a Giveaway code.
An entrant who enters a valid Giveaway code through the official Giveaway page may receive one (1) bonus entry.
Only one livestream-code bonus may be credited per entrant, regardless of how many codes Sponsor announces during the Giveaway Period.
B. Twitch Follow Verification — +1 Entry
An entrant may use the Connect Twitch feature on the Giveaway page and authorize the limited Twitch account access necessary to verify whether the connected Twitch account follows the Hearth & Hoard Twitch channel.
A successfully verified follow earns one (1) bonus entry.
No Twitch purchase, paid subscription, Bits purchase, donation, or other paid action is required.
The Twitch account must belong to the entrant. Use of another person's account, fraudulent accounts, automated accounts, or manipulation of the verification process may result in disqualification.
C. YouTube Channel Visit — +1 Entry
An entrant may use the official Visit YouTube control presented on the Giveaway page.
Using the control as instructed earns one (1) bonus entry.
No YouTube subscription, like, comment, view duration, watch time, sharing action, or other YouTube engagement metric is required or rewarded.
Sponsor does not require entrants to subscribe to the Hearth & Hoard YouTube channel.
Any activity performed on YouTube remains subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
8. Bonus Verification
Where the Giveaway website indicates that a bonus action must be completed before submission of the base entry, the entrant must complete that action before submitting the entry form.
Sponsor's Giveaway records determine whether a bonus entry was successfully recorded or verified.
Bonus entries will not be retroactively awarded when Sponsor's systems have no record that the applicable action was completed as required.
If a bonus-entry method becomes materially unavailable because of a technical failure, API change, platform restriction, service outage, or other circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may discontinue that bonus method prospectively or provide a substantially equivalent free alternative.
A bonus entry that was properly verified before a bonus method became unavailable will not be removed solely because that method later became unavailable.
9. Odds of Winning
Every eligible base entry and verified bonus entry constitutes one entry in the random drawing.
Every entry has equal weight.
Because the number of entries cannot be known until the Giveaway closes, the exact odds of winning cannot be stated in advance.
The probability that a particular entrant wins is:
Entrant's eligible entries ÷ total eligible entries received
For example, an entrant with four eligible entries has four entries in the same random drawing in which an entrant with one eligible entry has one entry.
No entrant may receive more than four (4) total entries.
10. Winner Selection
Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing is expected to occur on or about October 1, 2026.
Sponsor may conduct, display, record, or discuss the random drawing during a Hearth & Hoard livestream.
The method used will be reasonably designed to select the potential winner randomly from the eligible entry pool.
The selected entrant is a potential winner until Sponsor confirms eligibility and all applicable claim requirements have been completed.
11. Winner Notification and Confirmation
Sponsor will contact the potential winner privately using the email address submitted with the winning entry.
Legitimate winner communications will come from:
Sponsor will never require the potential winner to make a payment, purchase something, provide a credit-card number, or pay Sponsor a fee in order to claim the prize.
Sponsor intends to notify the potential winner promptly following the drawing and, in any event, will make the initial notification within fifteen (15) days after selection.
The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after Sponsor sends the initial winner notification.
Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to:
- confirm identity;
- verify eligibility;
- confirm compliance with these Official Rules; and
- obtain a valid shipping address.
If the potential winner:
- fails to respond within the required period;
- cannot be contacted;
- cannot be reasonably verified;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- declines the prize;
- provides materially false information; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
No person is a confirmed winner until Sponsor completes the applicable verification process.
12. Canadian Winners — Skill-Testing Question
If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, that person must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.
The question will be administered by Sponsor.
If the potential winner fails to answer the question correctly within the permitted time, that person will be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner.
13. Live Opening and Prize Fulfillment
After a winner has been confirmed, Sponsor will arrange to open the applicable Collector Booster during a Hearth & Hoard livestream.
The winner is not required to attend or participate in that livestream.
Sponsor will ship all contents of the prize opening to the confirmed winner's eligible shipping address using a commercially reasonable shipping method.
Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship the prize promptly after:
- the winner has been confirmed;
- any required Canadian skill-testing question has been successfully completed; and
- valid shipping information has been received.
Sponsor may reasonably delay an opening or shipment because of circumstances outside Sponsor's control but will not intentionally or unduly delay fulfillment.
14. Public Winner Announcement
After the winner has been confirmed, Sponsor may announce the winner publicly through the Giveaway page, Hearth & Hoard livestreams, or Hearth & Hoard social-media channels.
Sponsor may disclose:
- the public display name or handle supplied by the entrant; and
- the winner's country of residence.
Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner's email address, street address, telephone number, or other private fulfillment information.
15. Privacy and Data Deletion
Sponsor collects personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the Giveaway.
Information collected may include:
- email address;
- public display name or handle;
- country of residence;
- eligibility confirmations;
- acceptance of these Official Rules;
- Giveaway entry and bonus-entry records;
- limited Twitch information necessary to perform follow verification;
- fraud-prevention or human-verification information; and
- shipping information from a potential or confirmed winner.
Giveaway information will be used for purposes including:
- processing entries;
- verifying eligibility;
- verifying bonus entries;
- enforcing entry limits;
- preventing fraud or automated entry;
- conducting the random drawing;
- contacting and confirming a winner;
- fulfilling the prize; and
- complying with applicable law.
No Giveaway Marketing List
Submitting a Giveaway entry does not enroll the entrant in a Hearth & Hoard marketing email list.
Sponsor will not use the Giveaway entry database to send promotional marketing emails unless an entrant separately and affirmatively consents to receive such communications through a separate opt-in mechanism.
Sponsor will not sell the Giveaway entry database or entrant personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Database Deletion
The Giveaway database is temporary.
After the Giveaway has concluded and the prize has been successfully fulfilled, Sponsor will permanently delete the entrant information stored in Sponsor's Giveaway database.
Sponsor intends to complete deletion of the Giveaway database within thirty (30) days after confirmed delivery of the prize to the winner.
This deletion includes the entry records and personal information maintained by Sponsor specifically for administration of this Giveaway. Sponsor will not retain a separate marketing copy of the Giveaway entrant database.
Shipping information collected from the winner for Giveaway fulfillment will also be deleted from the Giveaway database as part of this process.
Sponsor may retain particular information only if retention is specifically required by applicable law, court order, or necessary to address a dispute that is already pending at the time deletion would otherwise occur. Any such information will be deleted when the applicable requirement ends.
Sponsor cannot require independent third-party platforms or service providers—including Twitch, YouTube, email providers, hosting providers, security services, or internet infrastructure providers—to delete information those companies independently maintain under their own terms, privacy policies, security logs, or legal obligations.

16. Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor may reject or disqualify an entrant or entry where Sponsor reasonably determines that the entrant has engaged in:
- fraud;
- manipulation or tampering;
- circumvention of entry limits;
- automated or bot-based entry;
- multiple identities or accounts used to evade the rules;
- materially false eligibility information;
- misuse of another person's account;
- manipulation of Twitch or YouTube systems;
- interference with the Giveaway website or verification mechanisms;
- harassment directed at Sponsor in connection with administration of the Giveaway; or
- other conduct that materially undermines the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor's decisions concerning administration, eligibility, verification, and enforcement of these Official Rules will be made reasonably and in good faith and are subject to applicable law.
17. Technical Problems and Giveaway Changes
Sponsor is not responsible for an entrant's failure to participate because of internet outages, device problems, platform outages, email filtering, incorrect contact information supplied by the entrant, third-party API failures, or other technical circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
If fraud, technical failure, platform action, legal restriction, security incident, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the fairness, security, or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent reasonably necessary.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor will, where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, select the winner randomly from eligible entries properly received before the affected time.
Sponsor will not modify the Giveaway for the purpose of favoring or disadvantaging a particular entrant.
18. Platform and Trademark Disclosures
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Hearth and Hoard LLC.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Twitch, Amazon, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Middle-earth Enterprises, the Tolkien Estate, or any other social-media platform, manufacturer, publisher, or rights holder whose products, services, or trademarks may be referenced.
All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
YouTube
YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release YouTube from liability arising from or relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any entrant activity occurring through YouTube must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable YouTube Terms of Service.
Entries or bonus actions involving conduct that violates those requirements may be rejected or disqualified where relevant to administration of the Giveaway.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to suggest that YouTube sponsors, endorses, administers, or is affiliated with this Giveaway.
Twitch
Twitch is not a sponsor of this Giveaway.
Use of Twitch for bonus-entry verification is solely a method used by Sponsor to verify the optional Twitch bonus described in these Official Rules.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to suggest that Twitch sponsors, endorses, administers, or is affiliated with this Giveaway.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for losses arising solely from technical failures, service interruptions, unauthorized third-party conduct, carrier loss, platform failures, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to an entrant.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives any non-waivable consumer right available to an entrant under applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, or local law.
20. General Terms
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Sponsor's failure to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If there is a conflict between promotional material describing the Giveaway and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Winner Information and Questions
After confirmation, the winner's public display name or handle and country may be posted on the Giveaway page or announced through Hearth & Hoard channels.
